- Contractor is responsible for Traffic Control, any barricades, and any plates needed.
- Contractor must be registered with The City of Mount Carmel.
- Applicant will be notified if application is approved.
- Applicant is responsible for hiring contractor and paying all labor cost associated with the project.
- If Approved the City will only reimburse for the cost of the concrete.
