City Inspector is responsible for enforcing the adopted codes and ordinances of the City. The building inspection portion of the department is responsible for permitting, and inspecting of buildings or structures being erected or altered. The Planning and Zoning department works with the public regarding variance, special use, signs and other zoning related matters as may be necessary to insure compliance with the zoning ordinances of the City.
