Abandoned or Inoperative Vehicle Complaint

Use this service to report an abandoned or inoperative vehicle.

Any vehicle that cannot be legally driven on the street is considered an inoperative vehicle. This means that the vehicle must have a current registration, license plates and must be operational. City codes require any inoperable motor vehicle to be in an enclosed building.
