Residential Demolition Requirements

  • Completed Demo application A.
  • Have Mt Carmel Public Utility complete Demolition Sign off Form in Demo Application.
    • The application will not be approved without the completed form signed off by a Mt. Carmel Public Utility Representative.
  • A surety bond in the amount of S5,000.00 or a cash bond in the amount of $500.00.(once cleanup and completion of demolition bond will be released)
  • Evidence that arrangements have been made to properly collect and dispose of demolition material.
  • Completion of demolition and cleanup within 60 days from start date.
  • A permit fee of $100.00.
