- Swimming pools, hot tubs or spas are to be installed in conformance with the requirements of the International Residential Code for one- and two-family dwellings.
- Pool Drains can not be connected to the city sanitary sewer system.
- Electrical components, wiring, and equipment shall comply with Chapter 41 of the International Residential Code.
- Barrier Requirements are per Section AG 105-International Residential Code. A 4’ barrier is required or a safety cover must be installed. If using a Safety Cover it is required to comply with ASTM F 1346
- In-ground Pool permits are $10.00
- Above ground pools, spas or hot tub permits are $5.00
