Special Use Request
A request for a special use permit requires a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals.
All Zoning Board of Appeals applications require proper public notice publication prior to meeting. A fee is required at the time of application.
The City Council will provide final rulings on all Zoning Board of Appeals recommendations on the council meeting following the zoning board of appeals meetings.
